THE FIRST STEPS

Making the decision to seek counselling is a brave one. If you are here, reading this, you have already taken a leap into the unknown and that is proof of courage.

Emotions are difficult to define and to understand. They can vary from the highs of joy to the depths of sadness, even over the course of a single day. We are all affected by our emotions, in ways which are completely unique to us.  

It may be that you have felt overwhelmed by your emotions recently, or perhaps this is something you have been feeling for a while. Perhaps things are feeling confusing, surprising, difficult to understand and even harder to explain to the people in your life.

Perhaps you are feeling like your past experiences are starting to hold you back and are preventing you from moving forward in your life. Maybe there are parts of you that you are struggling with and are hoping to let go of or learn to live with.

Whatever it is that has brought you to this page, I am glad you came.
